Album Info:Blair County Sportsman's Club Overlook. There is a dirt road beside a guys driveway. That takes you through a cool tunnel under the tracks. You can park on the other side. Its a short walk up the trail to the overlook. 40°29'39.20"N 78°26'54.53"W
